Dear Friends,
July has been an energetic month, full of clients and new partnerships for Florence Attaché. We are thrilled to see how, with time, patience, and perseverance, our company is growing, and more clients trust us to create their itineraries in Tuscany and Umbria.
This month has been especially promising, with numerous tours booked and guides secured. Our offerings include picturesque countryside tours complemented by exquisite wine tastings, ensuring a memorable experience for our clients.
Florence in July is always peak season, but temperatures can get quite high. We recommend taking walking tours early in the morning or seizing the opportunity of evening museum openings to tour when the sun is lower. Visiting museums is also advisable as they offer air conditioning.
We suggest our dear clients leave the hotel prepared, with a hat, sunglasses, and water to stay hydrated.
Speaking of hydration, we are excited to introduce you to a new initiative designed to help you stay cool and refreshed during the hot season.
Stay Hydrated with Style: Reusable Water Bottles
Historically, water fountains have been a crucial part of cities, providing relief from the summer heat. Florence has taken this tradition a step further by installing purified drinking water fountains throughout the city. One of the highlights of this initiative is the Phil the Bottle project. These reusable water bottles are not just practical but also come inscribed with a list of streets where you can refill them at the sparkling water options around the city. You can purchase these bottles at various locations, including the Museo Novecento, Rinascente mall in the city center, and the Palazzo Strozzi shop.
To enhance your hydration experience, try infusing your water with slices of citrus fruits like lemon, lime, or orange. These not only add a burst of flavor but also provide a boost of vitamin C. Alternatively, you can add a few mint leaves for a refreshing twist.
Remember, staying hydrated is key, but opt for room temperature water as it is gentler on your system compared to ice-cold beverages.
