Tour Cancelation Policy

06. GENERAL CONTRACTUAL TERMS
06.01 PRE-CONTRACT INFORMATION


The purpose of these General Conditions is to regulate the relationship between Florence Attaché and the Customer, relating to all transactions made through the online store, whose owner is Florence Attaché.


The purpose of this website is to provide advice and information about Florence and sell services.


To purchase our products, you can go to the corresponding section of our online store.


The information on the website is available in the following languages: Italian, English, Spanish.


As a User or customer you expressly declare to know, understand, and accept the conditions of use and these general conditions of contract. Likewise, you declare to be of legal age and to have the necessary legal capacity and ability to access Florence Attaché websites and hire services through them.

Florence Attaché reserves the right to make, at any time and without prior notice, the modifications it deems appropriate, and may update products and services presented on its website daily.

Florence Attaché offers commercial information truthfully. This information may, on occasion, contain a typographical error, in which case it will be rectified. In the event that this error occurred in prices and a customer had made a purchase decision based on this error, the company will notify them immediately and the customer may choose to cancel the purchase.

Florence Attaché reserves the right to reject orders placed by customers who have previously had conflicts with the company, such as not withdrawing the order placed through cash on delivery, returning orders frequently, etc.


06.02 CONTRACTING PROCESS
Prices


The prices applicable to each product are those indicated on the website and DO reflect Value Added Tax (VAT). If any other taxes were applicable, they will be indicated (IGIC or IPSI). If an order is delivered to a customer in another country with a different currency, the final sales price may vary due to currency conversion differences that may occur between establishing the reference price and the moment of purchase.


While we try to ensure that all prices listed on the website are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have purchased, we will inform you as soon as possible.


Payment methods and order fulfilment


The customer can pay for their order through any of the following methods. During the purchase process, please select your payment method:
– Credit card


When paying with VISA or MASTERCARD, you will always be asked for the following information: the card number, the expiry date, and a Validation Code that matches the last three digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD, thus providing more guarantees on the security of the transaction. This payment method is only valid on the website.


When a purchase has been charged fraudulently or improperly using the number of a payment card, the holder may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. In this case, the corresponding debit and credit notes will be procured as quickly as possible to the supplier’s and holder’s accounts.


However, if the purchase had actually been made by the cardholder and the demand for a refund was not an exercise of the User’s right of withdrawal or termination and, therefore, the User has unduly demanded cancellation of the corresponding charge, they will be obliged to compensate Florence Attaché for the damages caused as a consequence of this cancellation.


In the case of making a bank transfer, it is very important that you indicate the order number in the transfer subject line, as well as your name and surname, and issue the transfer within 3 days of the order confirmation date in order to validate it.


Please remember that payment must be made in EUROS and that all possible conversion and bank fees must be met by the customer.


In the case of bank transfers issued from outside Italy, it is very important that, when ordering the transfer, you always notify your bank to apply any banking fees and expenses at the point of origin. Otherwise, Florence Attaché may freeze delivery of your order, as the full amount has not been received.


Possible currency conversion and bank fees must be met by the customer.


The availability of products offered by Florence Attaché may vary depending on customer demand. Although stocks are updated periodically, the product requested by the customer may be out of stock at this time. In case of non-execution due to unavailability, Florence Attaché will notify the customer as soon as it becomes aware of this situation.


06.03 AFTER CONTRACTING

TOUR CANCELATION POLICY

​

  • Cost of the tour: 80,00/90,00 euro per hour for private guided tour to be paid in cash; price per hour not per person; guided tour are minimum 2 hours; guide can be paid directly in cash at the end of the tour; Maximum 6 people per group reservation.

  • Museum tickets are not included in the guided tour rate and have to be quoted separately.

  • Once Purchased Museum ticket are 100% in Penalty, no refundable, no changeable.

  • Uffizi tickets cost is 35€ per person including reservation

  • Accademia tickets cost is 25€ per person including reservation

  • Cathedral Museum tickets cost is 20€ per person including reservation (include Cathedral Museum+Baptistery+priority Cathedral entrance)

    • To visit the Cathedral only: no entry tickets are necessary

    • To Climb the Cathedral Dome:  another entry ticket is necessary (35€ per person)

    • At the moment nothing has been reserved on your behalf. Museum Tickets and entry times can be confirmed on availability.

  • Museum tickets are not included in the guided tour rate and have to be quoted separately. Once purchase Museum ticket are 100% in Penalty, no refundable, no changeable. To purchase Museum ticket on your behalf, if the amount will be more than 50 euros, we will ask you to pay tickets in advance as museum tickets have to be pay and purchase in advance and once purchased are are 100% in penalty. So that we will send you a credit card payment link you can safely use to pay with credit card without providing us with your personal credit card info; 

  • Museum Tickets and entry times can be confirmed on availability.

  • Museum reservations: in order to avoid long lines, a reservation for all major museums is strongly recommended.
Our Agency do not provide any museum tickets without reservation included

  • If you will decide to pay directly to the guide: that will be possible but museum tickets have to be pay and purchase in advance; so that we will send you a credit card payment link you can safely use to pay with credit card without providing us with your personal credit card info.

  • If you will decide to pay with credit card : confirmation will be guarantee only trough full payment. In case you would like  to confirm we will send you a credit card payment link you can safely use to pay with credit card without providing us with your personal credit card info; credit card payments are subjected to 22% Agency Fee.

Cancellation policy

  • Guided Tour Fee and Private Driver tour fee are 100% in penalty for cancellation done within 7 days before the day of the tour and nothing will be due for earlier cancellations.

  • Museum Tickets (if purchased or reserved under client request) are 100% penalty.

Tour cancellation policy

  • No penalty for Tours canceled 8 days before (or earlier) the day of the (first)tour, with the exception of Museum tickets bought and purchase on your behalf and bank expenses

  • Cancellation (or no show) done within 7 days before the day of the tour will be 100% in penalty.

  • Please kindly note that booking trough us you will agree to be subjected to the above Tour cancellation policy

Tickets cancellation policy

  • Please kindly note: Once purchase Museum ticket are 100% in Penalty, no refundable, no changeable.

  • In case of any time no show/cancellation of the trip/tour please kindly note that booking trough us you will agree to be subjected to the above Tickets cancellation policy

  • Headset: mandatory for any guided tour/ 15€ per tour 

  • Please note: All Services that will be requested to our Agency that will not include any Guided tour will be subjected to a 10% Agency Fee.

  • Please ask for outside Florence Tours like Siena and San Gimignano Tour (including or not wineries) or Pisa and Lucca or Cinque Terre or more.

At the end of the purchase process, the customer will receive an order confirmation email.

During the purchase process, it is essential for the User to indicate a valid email. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact Florence Attaché via the customer service telephone number +393471813280 or by email at info@florenceattache.com.


The customer, upon receipt of the product at the delivery address provided, will receive an invoice or copy of the order.


In addition, a satisfaction survey will automatically be sent to you to thank you for your trust and, if necessary, to apologise for any possible inconvenience.


Delivery and shipping costs


FLORENCE ATTACHE only makes shipments to: Florence Attaché does not deliver. All products are digital and sent by email and services are local and will take place in the region of Tuscany, Italyted delivery time of 2 to 20 business days.


Right of withdrawal, return, and claims


Exercising the right of withdrawal must be done by telephone to +393471813280, via email to info@florenceattache.com, via a letter to our postal address Piazza Strozzi 5, 50123, Firenze, Italia.


A copy of the invoice must be included in the cancellation email, indicating the products that have been returned.


If the order cancellation request arrives before the digital items are sent, the customer will not have any expenses. In the event of a cancellation after the order has been sent, the customer will not be able to cancel the order and no refund will be made. 


Services cancelled 48h prior to the service will be 100% refunded. Tickets purchased for the service will not be refunded and 100% penalty will be applied. 


Applicable law and competent jurisdiction: The interpretation and execution of these conditions, as well as all acts that arise as a consequence of them, will be subject to Italian law, unless there are public order provisions contrary to this.
