Cancellation Policy
For any changes or cancellations to your boat experience, we kindly ask you to take note of the following policy: Cancellations made at least 96 hours before the scheduled tour incur no penalty. Cancellations made between 96 and 24 hours before the tour will incur a 50% charge of the minimum boat rate. Cancellations made on the same day as the tour will incur a 100% charge of the minimum boat rate. We kindly ask you to notify us as early as possible should your plans change. This helps ensure smooth coordination with the team on the river and avoids any unnecessary service charges. Thank you for your understanding.
