Service Description

Anna loves catering for its versatility and her team are known for being versatile themselves. Many clients come to them with very special requests: napoleonic ball, Australian cocktail parties, Roman bacchanal feast, country fair weddings, recovery or corporate breakfasts and the list goes on... Their menus can be composed with the best Thai curries in town, exotic or traditional meat, fish or vegetarian dishes, and savourous deserts. Have you ever tried a five spices and orange jam duck magret or Sichuan roasted eggplants? If you would like to surprise your guests with a night of modern Thai food, Morrocan banquet, or cuisine du monde feast, ask after their international inspired menus! Write us with your special requests and we will take care of them! -- Cancellation Policy for all services: cancellations communicated 4 or more days prior to the booking incur no cancellation fee. Cancellations within 4 days of the booking incur loss of deposit or partial loss of deposit, depending on the circumstances.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate our guests to the best of our ability. Below is our cancellation policy, designed to provide clarity and fairness for both parties: Cancellation or Rescheduling: Guests are eligible to cancel or reschedule their booking up to 7 days prior to the scheduled day of service without incurring any cancellation fees. Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that certain fees may be non-refundable even within the 7-day window. This includes expenses such as museum tickets or organizational services that have been pre-arranged or purchased on your behalf. Cancellation Within 7 Days: If a cancellation occurs within 7 days of the scheduled service date, the guest may be subject to cancellation fees, depending on the nature of the service booked. Communication: We kindly request that guests communicate any cancellations or rescheduling requests as soon as possible to allow us the opportunity to adjust our arrangements accordingly. Refund Process: Refunds for cancellations made within the eligible timeframe will be processed promptly, minus any non-refundable fees as stated in the terms of the booking. Re-Scheduling: Guests who wish to reschedule their booking within the allowable timeframe can do so without incurring any additional charges, subject to availability. Service Limitation: The service is designed to accommodate a maximum of 6 people. It is essential that guests adhere to this limitation to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Participant Count Variation: If there is a variation in the number of participants at the moment of the service that exceeds the maximum limit of 6, the provider reserves the right to cancel the service. In such cases, no refund will be issued. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or other force majeure events, our cancellation policy may be subject to adjustments.
