Confirmation and Payment: Prepayment is necessary to confirm your service. Payments can be made via credit card. An invoice with a payment link will be sent for a convenient and quick transaction. Cancellation Policies: Museum Tickets: Tickets purchased or reserved at the client's request are subject to a 100% penalty (non-refundable and non-changeable). Tour Cancellation: No penalty for cancellations made 16 or more working days before the tour date, excluding any museum tickets purchased and bank expenses. Cancellations or no-shows within 15 working days of the tour date are subject to a 100% penalty. By booking through us, you agree to the above Tour Cancellation Policy.
