To ensure a seamless experience for all our clients, please be aware of our cancellation and prepayment policy: 1. Prepayment Requirement: Prepayment is required to confirm your appointment. If the prepayment is not received, the appointment is considered unconfirmed. This helps us efficiently manage our schedule and ensure availability for all clients. 2. 72 Hours Advance Notice for Cancellation/Rescheduling: Please provide a minimum of 72 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us sufficient time to offer the slot to other clients. 3. No Refund for Late Cancellations: or rescheduling requests received with less than 72 hours notice will not be eligible for a refund. This policy compensates for the reserved time and the opportunity lost to serve other clients. 4. No Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notification will result in a charge for the full cost of the scheduled service. 5. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate subsequent appointments. You will still be responsible for the full session fee. Please plan accordingly to arrive on time. 6. Female Therapist: Our massage services are provided by a professional female therapist. We are committed to maintaining a respectful and comfortable environment for all our clients. 7. Rescheduling with Adequate Notice: If you need to reschedule your appointment and provide more than 72 hours notice, there will be no penalty.
