With Florence Attaché, each journey is thoughtfully curated to reflect your interests and pace. From intimate wine tastings on family-run estates to lunches in countryside restaurants where seasonal ingredients and heartfelt hospitality take centre stage, we craft experiences that are as meaningful as they are memorable. You might find yourself dining under a pergola heavy with wisteria, sipping Brunello beside the winemaker who crafted it, or exploring the quiet corners of a Renaissance garden with a local historian. Our itineraries may be half-day or full-day journeys, ranging from six to ten hours, depending on your preferences. Some guests choose a single-day escape from Florence, while others opt for multi-day adventures, staying in beautiful boutique hotels hidden in the Tuscan countryside — each one selected for its charm, comfort, and sense of place. Whether your focus is wine, art, countryside, or cuisine, we will design every detail around you. From the scenic routes to the seasonal menus, every element is chosen with care, creating a seamless experience that feels entirely personal. Cancellation Policy
At Florence Attaché, we understand that plans can change. Our policy is designed to ensure fairness and flexibility for all parties involved, while maintaining the integrity of our trusted partnerships. Cancellation and rescheduling Guests may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to seven days before the scheduled service. After this period, cancellation fees may apply depending on the service. Some pre-paid items, such as museum tickets, wine tastings, and other pre-arranged services, are non-refundable even within the seven-day window. Insurance policies are also non-refundable once issued. Refunds will be processed promptly, excluding any non-refundable items. Rescheduling is possible and always subject to availability. We kindly ask that any changes be communicated as early as possible. For our exclusive itineraries, cancellations made at least seven days in advance will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable elements. For cancellations made less than seven days in advance, we regret that we are unable to offer a refund due to our commitments with trusted local partners. Some wineries, museums and third-party providers operate with a strict non-refundable policy. In such cases, we will inform you in advance, before confirming your reservation, so that you may decide with full transparency. Transfer wait time Arrival transfers include sixty minutes of waiting time at the airport and thirty minutes at train stations. For departure and other transfer services, a fifteen-minute grace period is included. Extra waiting time, if authorised, will be charged hourly, starting from thirty minutes after the scheduled time. Inclusions The following are included in all transfers: fuel, tolls, parking, and one meal for the driver. Tunnel fees and additional meals for the driver are not included. Child seats Child and booster seats are available on request. Guests are responsible for installing the seat. Lost items Please remember to double-check your belongings at the end of the service. Florence Attaché cannot be held liable for any items left in vehicles. Force majeure In the event of natural disruptions or circumstances beyond our control, policies may be adjusted accordingly.
