Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy At Florence Attaché, we aim to provide a reliable, high-quality service while remaining as flexible as reasonably possible when plans change. Cancellation Terms Cancellations made at least ninety-six hours before the scheduled service are free of charge. Cancellations made less than ninety-six hours but more than forty-eight hours before the service are subject to a fee equal to fifty per cent of the total cost. Cancellations made forty-eight hours or less before the service, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable. Rescheduling within forty-eight hours cannot be guaranteed. If the original service cannot be amended, a new service may need to be arranged at an additional cost. Non-Refundable Elements Pre-paid tickets, third-party bookings and other services purchased specifically for the booking may be non-refundable regardless of notice. Insurance policies are non-refundable once issued. Any applicable conditions will be communicated in advance. Flight Delays and Cancellations Florence Attaché cannot accept responsibility for flight cancellations or delays extending beyond the included waiting time. Where the driver and vehicle have already been confirmed, no refund will be issued. Whenever possible, we will assist in arranging an alternative service, which may involve an additional charge. Waiting Time Policy Airport arrival transfers include up to sixty minutes of waiting time, and railway station arrivals include up to thirty minutes. All other services include a fifteen-minute grace period. Additional authorised waiting time will be charged at the applicable hourly rate in thirty-minute increments. What Is Included Fuel, motorway tolls, ordinary parking and one driver meal, where required, are included. Tunnel charges, ferry fees, overnight accommodation and additional meals are excluded unless stated otherwise. Child seats are available upon request and subject to availability. Guests must provide the child’s age, weight and height. The accompanying adult is responsible for checking that the child is correctly secured. Personal Belongings and Force Majeure Florence Attaché cannot accept responsibility for personal belongings lost or left in the vehicle. In cases of force majeure or circumstances beyond our control, we will make reasonable efforts to find a fair and practical solution.
