Cancellation Policy
At Florence Attaché, we strive to offer high-quality, reliable service while remaining as flexible as possible when plans change. Cancellation Terms Cancellations made more than ninety-six hours before the scheduled service are free of charge. Between ninety-six and seventy-two hours, a fifty percent fee will apply. Cancellations made less than forty-eight hours in advance, or no-shows, are non-refundable. Rescheduling is not possible within this window, though we are happy to assist in arranging a new service if needed. Non-Refundable Elements Please note that certain elements, such as pre-paid tickets or third-party bookings, may be non-refundable regardless of notice. Insurance policies, once issued, are also non-refundable. These conditions will always be communicated in advance. Flight Delays and Cancellations We are unable to take responsibility for flight cancellations or delays beyond the included waiting time. In such cases, no refund will be issued, as driver services must be confirmed and compensated. Waiting Time Policy Arrival transfers include up to sixty minutes of airport waiting time and thirty minutes at train stations. All other services include a fifteen-minute grace period. Any authorised additional time will be charged at the hourly rate, in thirty-minute increments. What is Included Fuel, tolls, parking, and one meal for the driver are included in the service. Tunnel or ferry fees, overnight stays, and additional meals are not included. Child seats are available upon request; guests are responsible for proper installation. Personal Belongings and Force Majeure We do not take responsibility for personal items left in the vehicle. In cases of force majeure, we will always aim to find fair and reasonable solutions.
