Service Description
Experience the true essence of Tuscan life with this authentic, rustic adventure. This is not a fancy affair but a deeply local and traditional experience that captures the charm of the countryside. From foraging truffles in the rugged woodland to preparing simple yet exquisite dishes with local ingredients, you will be immersed in the Tuscan way of life. The cooking class, set in a charming rural kitchen, is focused on tradition, using methods passed down through generations. Expect a warm, down-to-earth atmosphere where the focus is on authentic flavors and time-honored techniques. 5 hours (1 hour of truffle foraging + 4 hours of cooking class and lunch/dinner) Booking will be confirmed upon settlement. Minimum 4 people, maximum 20 people

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled experience to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the experience are non-refundable. No-shows or late arrivals will also forfeit the refund. Rescheduling: The experience may be rescheduled or canceled by the truffle hunter in the event of extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. The decision will be made on the day of the experience based on safety and suitability. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. Booking Confirmation: Upon booking, Florence Attaché will verify the availability of both the truffle hunter and the cooking class. We will get back to you with a confirmation as soon as possible. Please note that your booking is not confirmed until you receive a final confirmation from us. Dietary Restrictions: Please provide details of any dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of booking so we can accommodate your needs. Last-minute requests may not be possible to fulfill. Health and Safety: The truffle foraging activity involves outdoor walking on uneven terrain. Please ensure you are physically fit for this experience. We recommend wearing appropriate footwear and clothing suitable for the weather. Children and Pets: While children are welcome, the foraging and cooking activities may not be suitable for very young children. Pets are not permitted during this experience. Liability: All participants join the experience at their own risk. We are not liable for any injuries, allergies, or incidents that may occur during the foraging or cooking portions of the experience.
